We are currently looking for B2C (business to consumer) Sales Agents for Durham Region, ON area.

Who we are:

Job Title: MM Paving and Services is looking for a dynamic sales representative to create awareness of the company services.

• Asphalt driveway paving: Resurfacing, Remove and Relay Asphalt, Full excavation and pave.

• Driveway interlock

• Patio interlock

• Training is provided on pricing and service offering options

• Schedule is flexible friendly environment full time, part time

Primary Tasks:

• Door to door sales in the Durham region specially in Pickering, Ajax and Whitby, Oshawa.

• MM Paving sales agents make $126,000 - $147,000.

• Offer services to homeowners during times that homeowners are typically at home (after 5pm and weekends), offer quotes at no charge, take measurements and either provide a quote or refer to a manager for a quote, close the sale, build customer relationship, available for customer questions, follow up and schedule work.

• MM Paving sales agents is looking at 360 – 400 jobs for the season at an average of $3000 to $4000 per job. The commission is 10% of the sale.

Primary Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years sales experience.

• Prior experience selling HVAC, Roofing, Real Estate, Car Sales or Insurance Sales is an asset!

• Proven ability to close.

• Strong negotiating skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
