Add Bootstrap 4 admin dash dependencies to WordPress theme

I have a WordPress site that has user profile and account area (**Old theme examples** folder). This is a dashboard. However, the look and feel of this dashboard is quite outdated. I have a modern HTML/Bootstrap (**Old theme examples** folder) dash admin template that contains bootstrap CSS and JS. I want the new look and feel. This means next time I create a button, this new button must have the new look and feel, not the old. Next time I create a form, this form must have the new look and feel, not the old. In other words, I want the new files, CSS, JS, fonts, and others dependencies, to be placed in the child theme folder and referenced properly so that when I next create a button class="new_theme", the button looks and feels like the button in the new HTML/Bootstrap dash admin template.
