CRM System with Google Sheets (+ free CRM integration if required) -- 2

We operate a coffee roastery and deliver fresh roasted coffee to cafés, coffee shops, mini-marts and supermarkets across the city. I am looking for someone to help me develop a fully automated CRM system. It must use Google Sheets but may use integration with a free CRM service (such as Freshworks, HubSpot, Agile CRM or Britrix24). We need to create separate tabs for each customer which will allow us to collect data from them, such as their ID numbers, details of all their previous purchases, details of all previous visits by the sales staff, contact person information, etc and it should be able to automatically pull this information from other sheets (such as our sales sheet). I would also like some alerts or a way to list all the jobs that need to be completed. The majority of our customers will purchase the same products from our standard product list however there may be some who negotiate individual prices or those that have created their own custom coffee blend for their store, therefore our system should be able to handle this. There will also be a number of businesses which have multiple outlets which have negotiated the same price. It would be a bonus if it could also produce invoices and delivery notices with QR codes that will direct our delivery drivers to the correct location. I really don’t know anything about CRM systems, so I need someone who can knows this field that can ask the right questions to understand our requirements and that can suggest the appropriate programs and procedures and make recommendations about how to best organize things to get the results we are looking for. It is very important that it be as automated as possible, because I don't want this system to increase the workload because we are required to input the same information multiple times. This is a relatively small project, however quality is essential. I would ideally like to build a relationship with one developer because I have a number of other businesses looking for something similar so there will be more work in the future if you would like it. I want someone who can suggest improvements and better ways of doing things - this will be the key to being awarded the contract. Thank you in advance! Sam
