VFH* based obstacle avoidance for wheeled mobile robot

I need an obstacle-avoidance algorithm for wheeled mobile robot based on VFH* technique. The code must be written in C++ preferably, in Microsoft Visual studio. Also, The codes should give options to use Lidar sensors and ultrasonic sensors as obstacle detection sensors.
Obstacles to be considered are both static and dynamic ones. The robot is supposed to follow the desired trajectory, avoid obstacles if any and get back to the desired trajectory.
