I have manage a user-base of about 500 users and over 300 workstations/servers (both desktops and laptops). I also have field work experience, and hands-on experience in: hardware, software, networking (LAN and WAN), End-User support, Active directory and all flavors of Microsoft Windows (Server and Client). I also have a track record of following through Change Management processes from start to finish and good project management skills.
Over time, I have grown in expertise and knowledge of the IT industry both locally and internationally. I also have professional Certification in Help desk Institute (HDI) and currently undergoing a training in ITIL.
I also possess soft-skills which are required for such a position. I have very strong inter-personal skill, fluent in written and spoken English and excellent communication skills.
