We are Hobby Guru, a start-up company that aims to provide a platform for coaches and teachers to list their interest classes on our website. At the same time, students can sign up to courses through the platform. Our mission is to provide a simple, yet convenient P2P interest class marketplace for teachers and students. As we do not have much technical web development knowledge, we hope that you can suggest a suitable web development language/ tool to build this website. My Budget is below 800$ and if you ask more, I will regard it as scam since it isn't reasonable price.
