Web Site For Executive Search Firm (Recruitment / Headhunters) Web Site Development. Must be USER FRIENDLY and easy for us to make changes to EVERY SINGLE module. So we are leaning towards Wordpress. I think Drupal and Joomla are overkill for the site, but open to your suggestions. Please read all the job details before bidding. All responses without comments and suggestions and similar website samples for this project will be disregarded. We are looking for quality and professionalism; if you can provide us with that we will reward you with the project. When this project is finished we 3 other projects, 2 the same size and one very LARGE, complicated travel website that needs to be developed. We would like to establish a relationship with an excellent programmer or team for our future projects. Please read through the information/specifications below AND VIEW THE SAMPLE WEBSITES LISTED; BEFORE you give us your bid and feedback. We are not interested in generic e-mails with huge list of work. Please only post reference websites / projects / portfolios that are relevant to this project. We are looking for a state of the art website. Please give us your suggestions on how you would build the site. We are open to suggestions as long as the end result meets or exceeds our expectations. SITE MAP: (we may change / add to this): Home Page - News - About Us - Practice Areas - Specialty Divisions - Search Available Positions - Why Work With Us (What sets us apart) - Career Development Tips (This will be a list of articles) - Method - Services - Featured Candidates (still not sure if we are going to add this) – Blog (MUST BE A SEPARATE LINK AND COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZALBE AND EASY TO UPDATE DAILY) - Contact Us ( with the ability to send e-mail to us directly from site ) – Apply For A Job Opening: Ability to Upload a Resume or CV and send it directly from the site to our email - Privacy Policy - Terms and Agreement – Legal Disclosures SITE FEATURES: 1)To give the customers a feeling of a clean, classy design and a professional impression. We feel that black/silver/grey and dark yellow are good colors. 2)The site should convey, a clean, crisp, modern and "classy" look. The “LESS IS MORE” concept needs to be ultra-clear to anyone visiting the site. Every possible thing that a user may click on should be very specific and there should be a CLEAR REASON it's on the site. I want users to come to the site and WANT to pay for our services and learn from our company. We want the site and text to draw people in as opposed to blast them with information. 3)Strong USER FRIENDLY Admin Console 4)IMMEDIATE acknowledgement /CONFIRMATION to the applicant that their CV / Resume has been submitted. This can be online after they apply or via email. 5)Sign-Up Opt-In Email to be notified of new job postings. 6)OPT-OPT feature when new job posting email is sent. 7)List of open positions with our clients - this would be a list of jobs which are available with our clients. Clicking on a job opening title opens the detailed description and allows candidate to apply.....application comes to an email ID with the name of the position in the subject line and the Resume Attached if the applicant uploaded it. 8)In various places, prominently display Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter links / icons. 9)The content should be easily managed and we should be able to change as and when we feel the need. 10)A USER FRIENDLY Content Management System is required. This must be an out-of-the box / customizable system. I've had two home-made CMS's that simply did not work and had many bugs. It ABSOULTELY MUST be user-friendly with the ability to export contacts into Excel and the ability to download resumes easily. 11)Database for: Candidates (Applicants), Clients, Open Jobs SITE GOALS: 1)What does our company do? It needs to be clear to visitors of our site that hiring our executive search firm is: a.)The most time-efficient way to find a qualified candidate for their job opening in the shortest period of time b.)A worthwhile investment; working with an executive search firm that SPECIALIZES in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Recruitment. c.)Something they make a CHOICE to do because they agree that WE are set apart from the other “generalist” recruiters and they are willing to make their life easier by hiring a professional with expertise in their industry to screen resumes and candidates, create a shortlist of qualified applicants all who meet the requirements of the job requisition in the shortest period of time. 2)Website should offer secure login credentials. This task is for an experienced website designer with notable database background. This website will be maintained by the website owner, so the code should be easy to follow and well organized. Site must be MODERN and CLEAN. No stick figures, photos of puzzle pieces, chess pieces or the tired old look of most recruitment websites. 3)Ability for Administrator to Post / Edit / Delete jobs from the site 4)OUR BUSINESS: Our core business consists of Executive Search (headhunting / recruitment) research, staffing & consultant services. All in the fields of Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Medical Device and Clinical. We want to add Healthcare in the future but not at the present so the site and links MUST BE SCALABLE. 5)TARGET AUDIENCE - Our Target audience are executive management personnel and Human Resource Managers in US and Canadian biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device companies that need to either recruit new personnel or use temporary staffing or consultant services. They are well educated, skilled in their profession and savvy Internet users, and probably work as manager 6)PROJECTED IMAGE: a)We want clients to perceive our website as exclusive and professional AND YET MODERN with very Clean Lines - NOT BUSY or crowded. b)We want to be known for, and associated with high class services with a professional execution and interaction with our team. c)We believe that our customers will choose us based on our experience and expertise in the biotech, pharmaceutical arena. We want the website to prompt a call from both Applicants (Candidates) and Prospective Client Companies. 7)CLIENTS: Our ideal customers are senior management personnel at Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device companies that need to either recruit new personnel or use temporary staffing or consultant services. Must use Raw Design and Code.  Website should be fast, no long delays or loading times. Keep this in mind when adding photos.  Website should be optimized for all the latest web browser versions and newer, such as: Firefox 7.01, Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8, Google Chrome's latest version, Websites for Iphone, Android & Symbian phones.  SEO Optimization – initial optimization Keywords, Description, Page titles for each page with added Google Analytics code. We expect a pretty high ranking when "Biotechnology Executive Search Firm" or "Biotechnology Recruiter" is typed into Google.  We will provide a host for the website – specify your needs.  Entire payment is held in escrow until delivery of website to our webhost / ISP and confirmation all parts of the site are working properly.  Communication through Yahoo Messenger or e-mail.  The website will mainly be found by your SEO KEYWORDS, METATAGS, GOOGLE ANALYTICS, as well as e-mail marketing. We expect a pretty high page ranking in Google, Yahoo and Bing.  The site should be submitted to the PROPER listing services for our business; not just generic sites.  Our customers want world-class service and a sense that they are dealing with a professional search firm so that must be conveyed in the look and feel of the site.
