Technical write up and plan for fiber networking.

I need a technical write up, regarding a proposed fiber networking . The length is 1km long this is in an area with petrol products, which have fumes and so deemed as high risk areas, trucks come in to load fuel, and there is a system we are developing for managing the process, which uses RFID readers and tags.(hand held and mounted) SO we need to have a network that connects from the server to the gates, and parking areas, and also connecting to LED screens at different points. it will be used to relay data from the RFID readers and connect to the server, also connect from our system to the LED screens. It will be connected to clean power, so i need a technical write up detailing how it can be done, with chats showing how we shall achieve this, attached is a document explaining more of this, please read through it to stick to the guidelines. This is a small project, that can take few hours to write. am not intending to pay much on it. It can be 2-3 pages.
