Hello, We are a multilingual call center. We currently have 3 locations. Our head office is located in Montreal, Qc Canada. Our other 2 locations are located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and in Lahore Pakistan. I have agents who are native Spanish speakers and fluent in English. We have experienced agents and supervisors assigned to each project we take on. Our centers are all set up with high speed internet and back up power systems in the case of power outages. I am proposing $6 per hour per agent. I understand your budget. However, I have learned from experience sometimes its worth it to pay a little bit more to get better quality agents that can produce better results then 3 lower paid agents together.
