Windows c# .net command line console application to merge an XML and XSLT (provided) and send to a predefined list of Email addresses for testing

The purpose of this console application is to quick generate HTML based emails using a template for testing formatting and layout We have existing XML which is produced from our application. We have some XSLT files We want a console application that works like follows Run Present Menu of about 9 choices of XML to process (each choice corresponds to a predefined name of an XML sample file) user selects from menu by typing in a number Present a menu of all *.xlst files in current folder number 1 to XX as many as required user inputs number to select xslt file system reads from config file to obtain SMTP server settings.. eg [login to view URL] , TLS security, SSL, password required - provide username and password Merge XML and XLST to generate HTML Create email with HTML Body Get subject from HTML <Title> element Scan HTML for any <img elements and attach sample image files (list in config) Send emails to a list of emails that are stored in the config Report detailed errors from XLST merge, and from SMTP emailing. Sample code will be provided for finding and resolving the <img clause based on our production code The list of XML files are ActivityReport IssueSignOffReport ClientTenderReport UserReport CallupMessage - external CallupMessage - internal RequestQuote TenderMasterReport RecoverPasswordReport VariationReport MyHomeClientUpdate Requisition All XML and XSLT will be provied Code for doing and finding <img and instructions on how to attach images will be provided.
