C# VS2019 .Net 4 ClassLibary and 2 WinForms

I would like to have 2 VS projects created in C# using .Net 4. The first project should contain: A C# .Net (NOT Standard) Class Library and WinForm. The class library should be able to take an input string containing a folder path and display the WinForm. The upper left quadrant of the WinForm will contain a TreeView, the lower left quadrant with contain a List View and the Right hand side of the WinForm will contain a PictureBox. When the WinForm is displayed, it will loop through the specified folder and any subfolders, find any XML files they contain and list the XML files and the elements in the Tree View. It should be dynamic and use XPaths. If a given element contains child element, it should add a nested element. For Example... Parent Folder Name (passed from ClassLibary) XML File Name Catalog1 Collection1 CD CD CD Catalog2 Collection1 CD CD CD Catalog3 Collection1 CD CD CD The ListView will contain 2 columns ("attribute" and "value"). When an element is selected in the TreeView that has attributes, those attributes will be populated in the ListView. If the attribute is an Image, the image should be displayed in the Picture Box. The second project will consist of 1 WinForm. This WinForm will be used to test the ClassLibrary and have the following: A button, when clicked, opens a folder browser dialog. A TextBox to display the selected parent folder. A second button, when clicked, passes the parent folder path to the ClassLibary in the first project which opens the WinForm in the first project.
