Machine learning (Azure) for stock price prediction

I'm looking for someone who can help me with setting up an algorithm for stock price prediction. The person should: - Give information what labels are required in the dataset (set will be delivered) - Setup the machine learning project with the goals: a. Predict sock prices (ticks) for the forecast of 10 ticks. b. Identify 6 market types (stong/low/bull/stong/low/bear/neutral); information will be defined in the dataset c. Help / setup technical indicators that will work based on the predicted times and market types. Requirements: - Examples of early project you have done on Azure Machine Learning - Examples / proof of other algorithms that do something like this project (own made) - High feedback/recommendations Note: the project should start with a simple demo (proof of concept) after this a long term project is required.
