I need a C# dll on .NET version 3.5 which must display the current time on screen.

The dll must be instantiated in javascript via active x object and it must call method of the dll which must display the time.

The dll must work on x64 operating systems.

For the project o be a success I must be able to:

I need to be able to compile the source code on my PC.

I will manually register the dll on my PC.

I will need the code to call the dll from an active x object in Internet explorer (javascript)

I must see the dll display the time on screen
