Build Xamarin App using Azure IoT

Please DO NOT put your bid if you have never work on Xamarin, MQTT, IoT Hub. I have many people bidding on a project that they have no idea about. All they did was to take the project and try to figure out where to farm the project to. As the results, I have to give them very bad ratings which impacted their ability to find future projects. I need somebody with MQTT, Azure IoT Hub experience to create a POC Xamarin App to demonstrate 2 capabilities: 1. Real-time Chat 2. Document Replication (push to client). Business Rules & Flows: 1 User has many [login to view URL] user login, we register the device ID and the last time its has sync. When that device is reconnect, we will find out what are the delta. While the device is connected, some data may be changed, hence we need to push the delta to the device using MQTT (Azure IoT) A user subscribe to a range of topic. If a topic relevant to a user change, an API is called to push some data to the relevant devices. A topic can be a chat topic (where the topic is the chat session GUID) or a piece of JSON document that user needs to update locally when that document changes. All the above must be demonstrated using Azure IoT. Delivery: 1. Xamarin Visual Studio 2017 Project File. 2. Deployment Instruction 3. Code walk through through Screen Sharing 4.
