I can make you windows service that can work possibly 3 approach Approach 1 - on your schedule it will read Excel data from 1 folder and generate pdf and send as attachment to specific email ids. Approach 2 - we can keep watch on specific folder and if any change is done on excel. service will auto detects and trigger to perform pdf generation and email sending. Hello! I am software developer with mostly desktop experience. There is no problems with reading excel file (while it has know format or several) and creating pdf with sending it via email. But from my experience I want to ask about sender email: in fact it could be any random email, but it will most likely go to spam folder. It also could be some personal email, but it could be banned, if application will send hundreds of messages per day or more. We can talk about it more. There is no any problem with recipient email - I can create settings form, where you can input all emails, or it could read from file. For UI I can use WinForms, WPF or UWP. Or if you want to run application on Linux, I can use Avalonia instead. Application also could be depended on installed .Net Framework, or use self-contained .Net Core without dependencies, so it could run on every modern Windows (or Linux) machine. We also can discuss automatic files sending from the folder and some useful scenarios like Drag-n-Drop.
