Are you willing to use open source u-boot bootloader? It can be easily customized for your PCB. uboot already supports DFU, but you need OTA (on the air) updates. This can be added for your platform. I will need more details for this, Lets talk before awarding. I know uboot for about 6 years now Bidding low because this is less effort if you go with an existing bootloader. Thanks :)
