Win Form App to Select Lottery Iterations

C# Application Windows App (Lottery Assistant) Need someone really good with Math and C#, and number collections. I am looking to do this over the next few days, so don’t bid if you’re going to tell me this will take 10 days. It’s only about 4 to 6 hours of programming. It’s a simple win forms app. I can provide – you must use my Visual Studio 2017 project. There are over 12 million iterations with choosing 6 numbers between 1 and 49 for a lottery. With a collection of windows checkboxes, we’re going to create a little app to exclude numbers in the iterations, exclude number sets based on their sequence with each other, odd or even, exclude number sets that are less than certain sums, or greater than certain sums, etc. Then we’re going to determine how many iterations have been excluded from the starting total and how many remain. Then export the final iteration list to a CSV file. I have a window form all ready to go to start with. This is not complicated, just takes a little bit of thought to how to work with arrays and collections of winning numbers.
