Dashboard, with different access levels to reach the below: 1- White list: it’s the base to this tool, it should be scalable and flexible • Inputs can be added weekly or monthly bases by batch or one by one • Output is the applicants by post issuance • Have an exceptional list to enter the data manual or create another file has the same feature of white list 2- Applicant page: they should be part of white list • inputs comes from the post issuance (applicants) • Show all the applicants and with ability to filtering by date. • Ability to create an upload file by selecting applicants and export it to MS access file to pay the loan • outputs goes to paid page or rejected page 3- Paid page: • Inputs comes from the upload file ( data of the borrowers that the loan upload done) • Open an 40 payment for each borrowers • Outputs: goes to  paid back page if they completed the 40 payment.  Create a deduction file: the file will created each 2 month, it should count if we need to deduct for 1 month or 2 month depending on the example below and as we agreed with Ali Kareem before : -15 Feb: deduct for 2 month +15 Feb deduct for 1 month -15 Mar deduct for 1 month +15 Mar deduct for 2 month with the next salary on April the bank should export the deduction file and do the deduction process • Full report show us how many borrowers we have and a details for each borrower, the status of 40 payment (paid, not paid and late payment) 4- Rejected page: • Inputs to this page is the applicants didn’t get their loan in any reason • Upload fail Reasons added by the related department one by one • Outputs goes to applicant page to repay the loan if the problem solved if not the data still in this page for archiving 5- Paid back page: • show us the borrowers who completed their loan payment • report show us principle amount, interest and net revenue up to date
