Create a working .exe on Windows of a project written in C programming on linux

Hello, I am experienced cross platform C/C++ engineer, experienced cross compiling CMake projects. 10+ years Linux experience. What Linux you compiled with , I have a bunch of Linux systems to verify with, Ubunutu .. RedHat .. CentOS. Since the application compiles well under Linux, the only question is about the included "graphics library" .. I assume its an open source code thats available to compile under windows .. if its a git repository .. could you please share the link. another question, does it matter for you which compiler to use under windows .. I am an experienced C programmer from college and an experienced C++ programmer from work. I've done projects on Windows as well as Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Mint, even Kali). I've worked with graphical libraries (such as OpenCV) in a big project involving CMake (and Makefiles, of course). I think I am more than prepared for migrating a project from Linux to Windows. The only question is about the extension of the project. I am thinking of a small/medium project when bidding (so it might variate if it is too large).
