Convert JAVA application to C# -- 2

This will be a two step project. So the bid will be for step 1 which is the conversion. I have a JAVA application, source and SQL DB is attached screenshot of how it looks when running also attached. Your job is the convert this from JAVA to C#. READ CLOSESELY so I don't need to deal with useless conversation again about fees. I don't have time for this. Whatever you bid is what you need to get this done. Don''t throw a low ball bid so I contact you to then raise your bid. SO Check the source code, database and screenshot. If you check the compressed archive you have a compiled build. check the "[login to view URL]" file and change it to Demo mode and you have a working version. This application does several things. Initially the login sceen lets you login in with a user. Once logged in the appllication will scan for x amount of IP ranges. When an IP is found it will create a set of camera's. It will do this for all found camera's. 2nd. There is name linked to each set, this is used for the badging function. 3. Gas detection, this uses an API which can be provided. On the 2nd tab you can enter a serial number. This will link the software to a device with matching serial number. And by doing this it will display up to 5 different gas measurements. 4. Alarms, also on 2nd tab you enter IP's for the alarms. But doing this you are able to control alarms and intercoms once the software is started. This works through a html string. This step will be to make a working C# version of this. ----- STEP 2 which is a new project which I hope whoever accepts this will continue on.
