C++ Blizzard Launcher Files Parsing

Blizzard creates files on the harddrive. There is a general file that conatins information about all installed Blizzard applications:
%PROGRAMDATA%\[login to view URL]\Agent\[login to view URL]
In addition to that each application then has a ".[login to view URL]" file inside its directory which contains its version number.
What we require is a C/C++ code that parses the file structure so that it can be read or that information can be changed and then saved to a file that Blizzard will parse correctly on its end.
