I need a full set of architectural plans to obtain permits with the City of Los Angeles for a 25 unit apartment building. We are building the structure with using modular construction made out of up-cycled shipping containers that will be manufactured out of state. Looking for architect with experience in designing apartment buildings in the City of Los Angeles. Designing structures with the use of shipping containers would be a bonus. Architect would collaborate with the out of state manufacturer on the modular units that would be delivered and installed on the site. Required: - Must be a California licensed Architect - Must have successfully designed and permitted multi-family projects in the City of Los Angeles - Designing structures with shipping containers is a Bonus
