Hi I have a small residential house building project in the UK that involves interior remodelling and extensions spilt co-ordinated through phases. I've made a start with the Revit model but I'm not a professional and would like a professional to either update or redraw my design to factor in the following: - Foundations - Analytical loads - Steel framing and wooden joists (detail level suitable for building control) - Heat and cooling optimizations (optional) - Inclusion of a public sewer that runs across the back of the house approximately two meters from the rear wall (accurate details to be provided) I have had some professional architects drawings carried out however I don't feel these entirely fulfill the requirements, but they can be provided if they are easier to work off. I've attached the Revit model I've been working off, but split it into zip files. Let me know if you have any questions and please submit a bid. Kind regards Mel
