You will receive your house 3d model renderings from various angle (front view, pool view, some side views if needed and aerial view). Basic floor plans with furniture layout for each level (we have 3 level I think). This is just an conceptual design that can help you imagine how your house will be like. After this phase of the project, you can do detail design for your house easier.
