I would like to have a complete plan to construct a event center made of timber frame, including structure load requirements, footers, concrete floors with in floor heating, bathroom handicap accessible, small kitchen area. The floor plan is 40'x60'/w a 20' patio. I have built structures made of timber but this structure is required to have a certified architect drawing for twp requirements. I have approximately 3 years of experience with commercial tenant design and renovation, 8 years of residential architectural design and construction documentation. I have currently set out on my own to provide the same service of space planning, construction documents and design but on a more affordable bases and within a smaller firm to give that more personal attention to their projects. I am not a licensed architect but I work with architects and structural engineers that review and revise my work to make sure that everything thing is safe and per current building codes.
