We prefer to build this 8 unit residential complex using 40ft shipping containers. The idea is that every unit is a 1 bedroom apartment and they share common (recreation) space. 8 parking spots are required of which 6 of them need to be covered. The lot number on which to build is 0043000240 - address 15440 40th Ave S Tukwila WA The lot includes an 80 ft buffer from an adjacent stream. The buildable area is indicated on the attached as well. Important is the uniqueness of the concept. We'll be looking at a few concepts before deciding what to build, but this project is for a building based on 40 ft shipping containers.
