Aerial survey with drones

Is looking for a solution to do aerial survey for a large mass of land. Preferably looking at using drones with survey equipment to quickly capture the entire landmass of Hela Province in Papua New Guinea; [login to view URL] The total land area is 10,498km2 (4,053 sq mi). Therefore, I need assistance from an expert in dealing with drones and aerial surveys. Will required a detail survey and GIS data for: 1. Town/city planning; 2. Boundary surveys for each villages/wards, LLGs and districts in Hela; 3. Estimate cost and duration for road constructions; 4. Other physical development planning including forest inventory, oil/gas exploration, mining exploration, etc… If you’re the right candidate who can assist with the data collection (aerial survey using drones) and processing data into finish product (survey plans, town/city plans, road construction proposal plans, etc), then please offer your bid.
