Currently, we are focusing ourselves in the coaching niche and have the desirability for someone who specializes in this industry. Key Responsibilities: 1:1 Brand Strategy + Niche Brand Coaching with the client. Brand Inspiration Board + Color Palette Logo + Submark(s) + Patterns + Revamps (Optional - If the client chooses too). Brand Strategy Guidebook (A-Z personalised template for how the client needs to prepare their business for branding). VIP Brand Support (Customer Service with the client) Website Planning Questionnaire. Direction Of Website Layout Schematic (Relevant for the client’s niche). Custom Brand Icons (Social Media Highlights) Responsive and Secure Website w/ basic SEO applicable for client’s niche. "Plan Your Launch" Strategy & Graphics (meaning specific content the client should use on their Social Media pages - Instagram & Facebook). Individualised Social Media Coaching. "Social Media Boost" Tips & Starter Templates (create strategy around growing social media accounts). Being able to analyse data from Social Media and place it in an internal team location. Requirements/Essential Skills: Experience planning and delivering highly effective, highly creative and highly innovative strategies for social media content. Experience managing and growing a social media account on Facebook & Instagram. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic agency environment. Credibility and confidence working at a senior level with clients and building their trust. A focus on generating revenue and a talent for spotting opportunities within the client’s niche. Able to balance a highly professional demeanour with a sense of warmth, fun and excitement. An open mind: you like meeting people, understanding new perspectives and embracing possibility. Great attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects at once. At least 5 years experience handling and managing social media brands for 6/7 figure credible clients. Essential experience and portfolio results working with credible 6/7 figure brands. Be comfortable working across multiple time zones.
