house plans re-posted(more info)

I've re-posted this project to include more information .I Need assistance with house plans in the the county of San Bernadino . need to include the following requirements, plot plan, floor plan, Roof plan, foundation plans, elevations, framing sections Also cec title 24 energy conversation compliance package: Building envelope design and requirements Heating and cooling calculations I already have designed the house and have drawn the plot plan ,floor plan ,foundation plan which i may need you to redo so everything matches What I need help with this framing sections, elevations Structural calculations, braces, shear wall, and all other necessary calculations window and door Schedules Cec title energy conservation compliance package The proposed house is an apple valley (unincorporated area) California........ San Bernadino County I need somebody who is familiar with the requirements for this county. So essentially help With putting together a set of plans that will pass the department of building and safety house is on well and septic system well is in but need to install septic system its in a rural area so the whole house will be on electric power, because of the flat roof i don't want to install Conventional heating and cooling system .wanted to put in swamp cooler in each wing and in-wall elect. heaters, but need to figure out the calculations for this house 4596 sq ft garage 924 sq ft lot is flat... really no slope house is a southwest design. flat roof want to make the great room roof area a deck with access from spiral staircase in front . i need slopes for drainage figured out. also need to have drain hole on the roof placed in proper places below are the designs that i have done ( I'm not a ​ architect so.....) ​the round dots at the top of the front view are faux viga tails if I've left something out or if something is not to code feel free to let me know also the beams over the windows and garage door on the front will be faux.... foam ​and cement more info at web site [login to view URL]
