I am looking for a freelancer who can develop fme workbench to convert AutoCAD files to ArcGIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) and GIS software. The following requirements should be met:

- The files should be converted to ArcGIS.
Data Attributes:
