Commercial Renovation

I have a commercial space, 3,276 square feet, previously utilized for office space with a loading dock / garage, and I intend to completely renovate the interior, and repurpose the space for a retail woodworking location. The interior demolition is complete. Now I need the Architectural, Structural, and T.I. plans drafted to acquire a permit, and begin reconstruction….. There is a small mezzanine (240 square feet) on the east side within the garage, which I intend to expand west, to span the whole length of the unit, and leave 18’ of the southernmost side at full height. This mezzanine addition will be 42’1”Lx 32’0”W @ 11’8”H.

I have all of the original construction drawings, and I have created a layout to illustrate what I want to build, all of which I will provide my freelancer of choice.

I need the plans to have all of the components necessary for a permit application to the City of Scottsdale, Arizona, and to comply with all of their requisite codes and standards
