To all those of you who suggested I open a PMB to receive your responses... What? I asked elance how I might do this and I'm told it's already there. I found it, and if you couldn't find it then that puts your web skills in a bad light.
To all those of you who asked for details of the project... You lose. The project document attached clearly states that we don't have specifics yet. We're wanting to explore what we can outsource.
To all those of you who gave no details of your company structure or location... You lose. We don't want to work with someone who ignores specific requests.
To all those of you who did read and answer the questions... You are being considered.
