25130 Property Rentals registration

I would like someone to build me a property rentals registration area with the same registration features as [login to view URL] Obviously the site can't look exactly the same, so needs to be designed differently-but with the same functionality and the same clean look. The colours used should be light blue, white and red Their also needs to be a Rental members login area were members can update their property avalibility and also update their rental property rates. Also an rentals property search area is needed. The site will need a payment backend so i can link it to our payment providers. The site should be fully automatic in it's operation their should be no human/physical involvment from us, when the site up and running. Whats needed. 1. Rentals registration area 2.
