PR Writer Needed for HARO Management

I'm looking to utilize HARO to improve the SEO and credibility of a cleaning services company. I'll need a writer familiar with the industry to respond to reporter inquiries on the company's behalf, with the intention of getting the company's name into media publications, and getting backlinks from online sources. This is considered public relations, so I'm looking for someone with excellent communication skills, as keeping a good relationship with reporters will be important. This may also include communicating with me (marketing) and the direct staff of the company in case reporters want more direct information about the company. The main deliverable will be 4 query replies a month (I expect roughly 1 a week, depending on what's available.) These will most likely be short, as most likely the reporters will be looking for minor blurbs to add to their articles.
