I have been interested in the fitness industry for a very long time now. Throughout my life, I have experienced so many sports activities, such as running, basketball, CrossFit, etc. I have gained so much knowledge on how exercises, diets and rest (sleep) are related to one another as well. For instance, how to keep track of our calories intake depending on our activity levels throughout the day and the importance of recovery to make sure the body is getting the right nutrition and time to recover to become even stronger and better. With this knowledge, I was able to lose 15kg within 6 months.
In conclusion, I believe that with my knowledge and experience, I will be able to create an interesting article that will not only educate the readers but motivate them as well.
