Looking for a VA with great writing skills

We are looking for an English speaker (preferably native) with excellent grammar and writing skills to help us as our virtual assistant. Some understanding of the real estate industry in the US is a plus, but not necessary.
Your first task will be to write the show notes for an interview podcast on real estate. You can base your notes on the automated transcripts of the episode (provided) or you can take the notes as you listen to it. In your application, add the word investing for you to be considered. There are 13 episodes for you to start and a new episode is recorded each week. Guidelines will be provided.
Depending on your skills, we will ask you to help with other writing or marketing tasks.
To apply, please send a sample of something written by you or take notes for about 5 minutes of one of the episodes of the podcast. It's called Bulletproof Cashflow and you can find it on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify, etc.
