Let me know if I understood correctly: The Arduino has a jumper which is used to select one of two modes: A - "Config" Mode: In this mode the Arduino will wait for Midi notes from serial and then store them in EEPROM. This notes will be used in the "running" mode to configure outputs of a multiplexer. B - "Running" Mode: In this mode the Arduino uses the previously stored Midi notes to configure the outputs of a multiplexer and then reads the incoming midi notes and send them to the multiplexer.(?)
