iBeacon device to be used as Access control (keypad via bluetooth / smart access control)

Instead of using an RFID reader with fobs as access control, we would like to use an iBeacon or a mobile phone via Bluetooth technology. What we need: - software that will be installed on a raspberry pi, banana pi, arduino, odroid... (used as a server for multiple doors or standalone for a single door, this option is required) or similar (Linux, Android... you name it). When used as a server on one location to open multiple doors, it must be able to open only the door where the iBeacon was presented. - also, we would like to use it in the future as a keypad, where we will attach a touch screen to the raspberry pi and the visitor will input a code or use an iBeacon. - this service must be used as offline and online (we can offer access remotely to someone) - will be great to offer a one time code, and even share access (where we can share access to someone via a mobile phone or by using a one-time passcode) Solution: - will require a discussion in order to make sure that you understand the requirement - will be pleased to find out the issues that you might have and maybe find a better solution Cancellation - we must agree to a time and you must complete it by then. - if you cannot complete the project, all milestones will be canceled - the project will be terminated and offered to someone else - Milestones will not be released unless the whole project is completed (we had cases where we released milestones and the project was never completed, so we lost time and money for nothing).
