Application to control our washing machines equipped with bluetooth modules

PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE PLACING AN OFFER We are looking for a freelancer that will be available immediately to develop a simple iOS and Android application. Application is in French language but all pages are translated and very basic. However, the application should be able to control washing machines and dryers equipped with our ESP32 bluetooth modules and is involving a connection with our Azure database (to be created) and with our payment gateway (Paypal). THE APPLICATION IS A USER INTERFACE THAT IS CONNECTING OUR USERS TO OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY (PAPYPAL) AND DATABASE TO ENABLE THE USE OF OUR MACHINES. ONCE APPROVED THE APPLICATION NEEDS TO INITIATE A BLUETOOTH SIGNAL (AS PER ARDUINO CODE). DATABASE IS A KEY ELEMENT AS IT WILL BE COLLECTING DATA TO ISSUE MONTHLY REPORTS FOR OUR DIFFERENT USERS. WORKING INSTRUCTIONS (AS PER DEMO) : 1/ LAUNCH THE APPLICATION 2/ SCAN BLUETOOTH WITHIN RANGE AND DISPLAY MACHINES AVAILABLE. EACH MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH A SEPARATE ESP32 MODULE AND CAN BE IDENTIFIED WITH A UNQUE ID MADE OUT OF 4 DIGITS (0001 TO 9999) 3/ THE APPLICATION CHECK IF EXISTING USER (case A) OR NOT EXISTING USER (case B) Case A – Display account balance (register button not available). Case B – Display account balance at CHF 0.00 and leave only the register button available RULE : 1 DEVICE = 1 USER = 1 ACCOUNT = 1 UNIQUE ID (MOBILE PHONE NUMBER) (2/ AND 3/ CAN RUNE TOGEHTHER) 4/ DISPLAY MACHINES AVAILABLE AND PROVIDE THE OPTION TO LAUNCH THE MACHINE. AS PER DEMO. - ALL ACCOUNTS DATA ARE STORED INTO OUR AZURE DATABASE AND SYNCHRONIZED WITH EACH USER APPLICATION. - START IS SUBJECT TO CREDIT VERIFICATION (EACH MODULE CAN BE SETUP WITH A DIFFERENT PRICE) + SUFFICIENT CREDIT BALANCE AVAILABLE - RELOAD BY CREDIT CARD NEEDS TO BE DONE THROUGH OUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITHOUT DISPLAYING ANY PAYPAL LOGO, CREDIT CARD INFO ARE NOT STORED INTO OUR SERVERS. CONSEQUENTLY USER NEED TO ENTER CREDIT CARD NUMBER FOR EACH RELOAD. - ALL TRANSACTIONS IN CHF We provide : - Square logo - Rectangle logo - Access to our Azure online website to create database - Database example (only 3 tables) - Information to send payments to our Paypal account (based in Switzerland) - Arduino code implemented into our ESP32 modules (can be modified) - Access to our Google Play account to upload the application - Access to our Apple account If anything else is needed please contact us before placing an offer.
