Summary: We are starting up a new online subscription based service. Some of our subscription plans use 3rd party service providers that also require subscriptions.
We need to create a simple order system that communicates with our own customer database, our merchant service provider, and our third-party services via APIs. ( See Attached file for more details).
We are submitting as a per hour job but want a cap on the hours to complete the project.
