The things that we have specified in the job description must really be complied with completely and professionally.
We will give you one or more courses from the Udemy platform that we have bought or will buy there. We have no rights to these video courses and have only purchased them as a customer.
You should then re-record the content of these courses and create a brand new online course or several online courses from these courses. 1. Online course: 1 hour / 2. Online course: 30 minutes 3. Online course: 30 minutes.
The courses may not be copied 1 to 1 or content may simply be copied. It really has to be a completely independent, new online course that you create.
You then have to assign the complete rights to us, so that we can sell the course (s) when, where and via which platform or payment provider we want! Complete rights to the online courses that you create for us!
You will get access to the online platform Udemy on which we bought the courses. A customer account from us at Udemy.
You can then use the courses as a template and as a topic or guide for the new course.
The topic can be the same and the content can be re-recorded on a brand new course so that we don't have any problems with copyrights.
