3d Animation - Explainer Video

I'm an internet marketer and web developer, I'm working on a project for one of my client. I need a 3d animation explainer video for one of their product. The details are as follows:
* The video has four scenes, each is about 30 secs in length.
* The story board will be provided for each scene separately.
* Voice over file will be provided for each scene.
* Every Scene needs to have text illustrations and subtitles.
* Every scene needs a different background.
* Modeled objects are required.
* Every movement and object has to be realistic.
Please read the requirements and storyboard carefully and only then place your bids. The bids needs to remain well within the budget. Please no foolish and unrealistic bids just to win the project.
The attached Story board pertains to scene 2 only. Just to give an idea of how things are required. The whole story board will be shared once the project is awarded.
