Up until now this marketplace has been snubbed by the traditional real estate sector. But now, connected people with smartphones and tablets are mobile, cloud-based and want flexibility in their work environs, they only want to pay for and work in space they want, when they need it. Shortspace is tailored for this burgeoning niche market. We’re launching first in Australia in April 2014, and after that we'll launch in N.Z, S.A, Canada, UK, and USA. Our testing and feedback has been extremely positive so far, people are even saying we're going to be the commercial space version of AirBnB! The aim is to make commercial property just as accessible as private accommodation – as it should be. Our website will house thousands of business spaces online that you can rent by the hour, day or month, big or small, tomorrow or in three months’ time.
