Group Membership Management and Messaging

Login Page:

Accept username, password

Login API will be provided. This returns a token on success.

On sign-In store token in local storage

Main Landing screen:

Show a small dashboard with 2 metrics

No. of groups

No. of members

Group Management

Show a list of groups and have action buttons in each row ( Edit, delete, view members)

Add new group button on top to bring up a modal dialog to create groups ( take group name as input. Should validate with existing group names for uniqueness)

View Members ( selected group’s members)

This view shows members in any group. By default, nothing is displayed.

On top, a dropdown filter to select a group. On change – load the member list

If navigating from group-> view member, this filter will be preset and corresponding members shown.

Each member will have action button ( block/unblock toggle, delete) and a checkbox in first column.

On top, add ‘new member’ button will bring a modal dialog to accept

1. Firstname

2. Last name

3. Photo ( camera / or upload, both option)

+ save button to save to API.

If checkbox is selected send message button is shown on top of list.

Pressing sendmessage will bring up a modal dialog to accept a text input and save button will send this to MessageSend-API. ( text + userids list of all users selected via checkbox)

Only angular app will be required. Focus is on delivering a well designed layout.

Use Material Component / CDK / Design Theme – built in ones.
