Help with running a legacy node6 angularjs project

Project was built with an admin template. (template url: [login to view URL])
It was running on nodejs-v6 and I used to run with "gulp serve". But now for some reason when I run the project pages display without css ( I only see material design original css files. But my stylesheet files not seen)
My nodejs was upgraded to v14 for another project so I deleted nodejs, reinstalled node-v6 gulp and bower again and tried "npm install", "bower install" but could not display pages properly. I need someone to check with remote conn and fix it. Project was running 2 years ago.
