Customize, Configure and simplify Progress Dashboard in Canvas LMS - EdTech Coding Platform

NOTE: Only devs with extensive experience with LMS's (Learner Management Systems) and specifically the Canvas LMS should apply.
Complex EdTech Project leveraging a custom Canvas LMS integration using multiple APIs.
Seeking experienced developer who has worked with Canvas LMS and other EdTech solutions to customize, configure and integrate features, modify the progress-tracking dashboards.
The current system setup:
1. Using Canvas' External Content link, pulls LTI content from a custom Angular/LMS CCT (Content Creation Tool) which creates coding content and interactive challenges for each course, lesson and unit.
2. The above mentioned, custom content pulled into Canvas is then reflected to a custom Gatsby/React frontend.
Note:
Images are hosted in AWS directly so that it can be reflected simply through the system.
TASKS:
A. Authentication:
The user authentication is reflected in the custom frontend. The learner and class progress should show in the Canvas backend grid in a modern and simple way.
B. Simplify Design of Grid showing progress:
The progress dashboard showing the progress of the class should be simplified.
C. Configure and customize Canvas LMS interface:
> Customize existing setup so the Teacher/Trainer sees less buttons, less options and simpler use.
> Remove the buttons on menu of irrelevant elements.
> Customize menu, theme and UI/UX.
