Android app will have both admin and customer panels, minimal features such as login, selecting products and quantity and placing order by customer, listing products, viewing orders and messaging to customer are required only, for now we can exclude rating feature, product suggestion feature, tracking order feature etc.
App should be in native android, java is preferred for the API/Web services with oracle database and the developer will be responsible for hosting the application also.
