E wallet & virtual payment processing using finger print authentication

Develop a finger print authenticator that authenticates and processes financial transactions (payments) It should be an encrypted e wallet that authenticates virtual payments; integrated with an end-to-end authentication via fingerprint recognition, compression, verification and authentication to execute commands, processes, and transactions. The software system must aggregate queries & executes function and commands with one touch finger print authentication via phone touch key via app. Integrated in the software/program is a dynamic QR code authenticator which can be embedded on web platforms in order to execute commands and process swift payments via scan & fingerprint authentication.
