Social Poker (play money) application (Android, iOS and browser)

I’m looking for a developer who can create a complete package that covers the 3 main areas: Android, iOS, PC (browser). ===================== IMPORTANT =============================== I will only consider offers from developers who have an existing working poker game app that they can show as a demo that proves they have already produced poker games for other projects. =============================================================== App needs to support these games in both ring game and tournament formats: - Texas Holdem (no-limit) - Short Deck holdem - Pot Limit Omaha (4 Card and 5 Card) These are required games. If successful other games will have to be added in the future - Graphical interface needs to look modern and is easy to navigate for beginners and advanced players - Players can join multiple games and play them concurrently - All client connections use SSL-encryption - Uses a industry standard or Certified Random Number Generator - Scalable solutions that supports many concurrent users at any one time on a single cloud server - Game will have in-game currency (Gems) that can be purchased from app store/play store - Game will function in landscape as well as portrait mode, adjusted accordingly Main lobby will have 2 functions: - Host game - Join game Host a game: Every player can choose to host a game (be a host) Host can configure all game attributes: - Game type (ring game or tournament) - Minimum and maximum chip buy-in (ring games) - Starting stack size (tournaments) - Blinds size (ring game) - Blind structure (tournaments) - Blind duration (tournaments) and other options Once the host has done all configuration he can put the game online. The game will produce a code that can be shared with players so that they can join the game. When ready host will start the game (at this point the host will be charged in-game currency) Host will have full control over his own games: Can pause game if necessary Can terminate games at any point Can kick players out of tournament Can approve/deny requests from players that want to join or rebuy into the game Join a game: Players go here to register for a game they want to join by using the code that they have received from the host.
