Need for android app developer expert in Google Admob for Webview Application

I have already built a Webview android application using Android Studio 32bit ( not 64bit). I have also put banner ad in my application which is working fine without any Admob violation from last 4 months. Now i want to add other formats of the ads like interstitial ad in my application without Admob policy violation (some developer have told me interstitial or other ads are not possible in Webview application?). I have attached word file which includes codes of the project- Main Java, Main Activity & Flash Activity. I want Admob policy expert who can simply add interstitial ads in my project, i have added primary interstitial code in main activity which is silent. I think interstitial ad shoud or may be shown through- , 1) By clicking on Webview posts, 2) if above is not allowed then by creating a button to enter my application and at that time such ad may be inserted. or 3) I can also pay for simply giving me code for adding interstitial ad in my project with click counter method etc if it is so possible. Or any other method which can add interstitial ad in my project without admob violation. Most Important (please do not neglect this) - I want my project to be run in 32 bit version of the Android Studio only, so after completion of the project it should be opened & run in my pc & should not give any error hence i recommend my project be opened and run in 32 bit only or i should be given proper guidance for generating android update with my key. ( i may give the remote access to check the same).
